Terms of service
These terms govern your subscription to and use of DragonPulse.
1. The service
DragonPulse provides market research, published trade setups, and a web workspace (“the portal”) for reviewing them. The service is informational. It is described in full, including what it will not do, in the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
2. Accounts
You need an account to access the portal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: sharing access, republishing published setups, or redistributing research to non-subscribers ends the subscription without refund.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you live. You can cancel at any time from the portal settings; a monthly subscription then runs to the end of the current period, and a yearly subscription is refunded pro rata if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
Plan changes take effect immediately, with the difference prorated against the current period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or automate bulk extraction of published research; do not attempt to breach the portal’s access controls; and do not present our research as your own. We may suspend access where use threatens the integrity or availability of the service.
5. Intellectual property
All research, scoring methodology, and interface material remain the property of DragonPulse. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own trading decisions, and nothing more.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that research is accurate, that data feeds are uninterrupted, or that any setup will be profitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for trading losses or lost profits.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the portal at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
This is a good-faith summary drafted for a service in development and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. Questions: contact the desk.
