What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication state, so you can sign in and we can contact you about the service.
- Subscription data — plan, billing period, and payment status, held by our payment processor rather than by us.
- Workspace data — your watchlists, saved layouts, and journal entries, so the portal keeps its shape between sessions.
- Operational logs — request and error logs, retained briefly, used to keep the service working.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles for anyone else’s benefit. Research you read inside the portal is not shared with third parties.
Processors
The service runs on infrastructure and managed services operated by third parties — hosting, the database and authentication provider, the payment processor, and market-data providers. Each processes data only to deliver the part of the service it supports.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so the portal knows you are signed in, and store your workspace layout preferences locally in your browser. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.
Retention and your rights
Account and workspace data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of closure, except where records must be retained for accounting purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — write to privacy@dragonpulse.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
